I value your business and understand life happens. In my treatment room your time is specifically reserved for you, so please respect mine also and let me know in the appropriate time frame if you need to cancel.
Appointments cancelled or changed less than 24 hours before scheduled will be charged 50% of the expected service amount. You will be billed an invoice via email, and this will need to be paid before you will be allowed to book further services.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (**5 minutes for brow maintenance appointments**) it will be cancelled and you will be charged 25% of the service fee. You will be billed an invoice via email, and this will need to be paid before you will be allowed to book further services. Arriving late cuts into your session time. We cannot run into the next appointment to makeup for your lost time, and it is unfair to expect me to perform my best quality without allowing me the time needed. Working under stress and pressure isn't fun for anyone. Please be on time to your appointments.
NO SHOW POLICY
Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule. With no shows my first thought is whether you are okay or not, so please always let your practitioners know if you do not plan on coming to your appointment. Not showing up without an explanation is never okay. Missed appointments or No Shows will be charged 100% of the total expected service amount. You will be billed an invoice via email, and this will need to be paid before you will be allowed to book further services.
BOOKING FEE & DEPOSIT POLICY
A credit card is required to book all Full Set Lash Extension appointments. You will not be charged on this card unless our policies are violated.
For all other appointments: Once my policies are violated for the first time, a credit card will be required to keep on file in case of further violations. The card will only be charged if there are further violations.
If you repeatedly violate my policies, it will be kindly asked that you book with a new practitioner.
**I reserve the right to refuse services. Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. I have tried to be as understanding as possible and kind, but due to repeated violations these are now my current policies and will be strictly enforced.**
As a self employed practitioner if I don't have someone on my table,
I'm not getting paid. A gap in my day is not a break, its a pay cut. When someone cancels with short notice there is a very small chance of filling that appointment time, and another client might have missed out on that appointment for themselves. Just remember I am trying to run my business efficiently and have a family at home and bills to pay as well, my time is very precious just as is yours! Please keep this information in mind when booking appointments with all small business owners. I hope everyone is understanding of this and I so appreciate your cooperation so that I can continue to create my magic in the salon.
