I value your business and understand life happens. In my treatment room your time is specifically reserved for you, so please respect mine also and let me know if you need to cancel so that I can try to fill your spot. Everyone will receive 1 free pass after the date you first book where you can violate these policies with no penalty. After that all policies will be in full effect. No exceptions. An encrypted credit card will be required to be kept on file to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless these policies are violated.
Appointments cancelled or changed less than 24 hours before scheduled will be charged 50% of the expected service amount. You will be charged via your credit card on file.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (5 minutes for brow maintenance appointments) it will be cancelled and you will be charged 25% of the service fee. You will be charged via your credit card on file. Arriving late cuts into your session time. We cannot run into the next appointment to makeup for your lost time, and it is unfair to expect me to perform my best quality without allowing me the time needed. Working under stress and pressure isn't fun for anyone. Please be on time to your appointments, every minute matters.
NO SHOW POLICY
Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule. With no shows my first thought is whether you are okay or not, so please always let your practitioners know if you do not plan on coming to your appointment. Not showing up without an explanation is never okay. Missed appointments or No Shows will be charged 100% of the total expected service amount. You will be charged via your credit card on file.
-If repeated cancellations occur, you will kindly be asked to find a new practitioner.
-In the event your card is processed due to a violation of policies and does not go through, you will be expected to contact us with updated card information. If this does not occur, you will no longer be allowed to book our services.
**I reserve the right to refuse services. Prices and policies are subject to change at any time. I have tried to be as understanding as possible and kind, but due to repeated violations these are now my current policies and will be strictly enforced for everyone.**
As a self employed practitioner if I don't have someone on my table, I'm not getting paid. A gap in my day is not a break, its a pay cut. When someone cancels with short notice there is a very small chance of filling that appointment time, and another client might have missed out on that appointment for themselves. Just remember I am trying to run my business efficiently and have a family at home and bills to pay as well, my time is very precious just as is yours! Please keep this information in mind when booking appointments with all small business owners. I hope everyone is understanding of this and I so appreciate your cooperation so that I can continue to create my magic in the salon.
