before your lash appointment

Here are some guidelines to follow prior to your full set lash appointment. These will ensure you get the best results possible!

  • Do not use eye makeup - including mascara and strip lashes - for 12-24 hours prior to your appointment

  • Arrive with the eye area clean and free of makeup and lotions

  • Avoid caffeine for 12-24 hours prior. You will need to lay still during your session to ensure the best quality

  • Come prepared to relax and nap! You are always welcome to nap during your lash appointments.

  • Use the restroom right before your appointment so that you don't feel the need to get up during

  • Do not bring children with you please

  • You will need to fill out paperwork prior to your session, and we will have to discuss what style of lashes will suit you best, so please arrive on time.

Please do the following prior to booking, to ensure we can proceed with your appointment when you arrive.

If we are not notified of these things prior to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Notify your technician if you are currently pregnant

  • Notify your technician if you have had a lash lift service recently. You must wait 10 weeks minimum after getting a lash lift to get eyelash extensions.

  • Notify your technician if you have had a lash tint service recently. You must wait 4 weeks minimum after getting a lash tint to get eyelash extensions.

  • Notify your technician if you have any allergies to acrylic nails or in general

  • Notify your technician if you have watery eyes

  • Notify your technician if you currently have lash extensions on that were applied elsewhere

  • Notify your technician if you have a big event coming up after your appointment such as a wedding, vacation, etc.

  • If you wear contact lenses, please bring your case with you and be prepared to remove them before we begin
